Abstract

PROJECT OBJECTIVES - Use autonomous drones to find predators in New Zealand's forests - Inform trappers and hapū/iwi about pest locations and numbers - Aim to eliminate major pest threats to rohe - Utilize data and mātauranga for environmental responsiveness - Sensors include thermal cameras, stereo color cameras, and microphones - Incorporate rohe-specific and local knowledge for better coordination
