    Abstract
    Naming a designstyle is not a common practice for architects in the twenty-firstcentury. However, it is interesting to reflect on the nameable styles of housingarchitecture that emerged between 1995 and 2006, when Auckland’s intensificationprogramme presented architects with unprecedented design challenges.
