    Abstract
RESEARCH QUESTION: How can women reverts to Islam be better introduced to ritual and practise of prayer through architecture within the New Zealand context? SUMMARY The Islamic centre this project aims to construct is going to be a mix of the religion of Islam and the New Zealand/Māori culture. These precedents represent that although the architectural movement comes from a different country, it still fits into a different countries landscape well without clashing or abruption to the countries original architecture.
