dc.description.abstractIn 2015 Living Wage Movement Aotearoa NZ commissioned research into the current experiences, in accredited workplaces, of employees and employers of the Accredited Employer Program (AEP). The research was funded through the Metro group under the Metro ITP voucher scheme. The research was conducted by John Stansfield, Senior Lecturer in Community Development at Unitec Institute of Technology. This research project’s results are examined in this report. The Living Wage Movement is interested in the findings to ensure that the Living Wage Employer programme is continually reviewed, the benefits and experiences can inform future activity, and the Movement captures the story of the Living Wage Aotearoa over time.
